Ian Sklar
Vice President, Quality & Regulatory Compliance
As Vice President, Quality & Regulatory Compliance, Ian Sklar creates and maintains an overall vision for quality within the Company. He empowers the global quality team to perform effectively with adequate quality and compliance resources to support ILC Dover’s business growth. Ian joined ILC Dover in 2015 and continues to provide leadership aligned with the Company’s goals with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Before ILC Dover, he served as Vice President, Quality & Regulatory Affairs for TIC Gums, a global leader in food texturizer and stabilizer solutions, for 11 years. Ian holds a Master of Quality Management from California State University and a Master of Science in Food and Animals Science/Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Food & Animal Science from the University of Delaware.
