Steve Warthman
Vice President of Operations & COO
As Vice President of Operations & COO, Steve Warthman oversees and executes plans to improve ILC Dover’s supply chain and manufacturing processes. He leads a team of more than 700 employees across the globe. Steve implements the vision and strategies of the Company and does everything he can to help his team succeed. He is responsible for the global sales market for Pharma, Food Packaging, Space and Infrastructure Protection. He believes in changing the way the Company works by helping shape our organizational structure and create plans for continuous improvement across disciplines. His operational leadership in the automotive and aerospace industries stems from his various leadership roles at several notable companies including Dover Corporation, Eaton, and the Ford Motor Company. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
